Qualifications 👇

  • Credit & Funding Experience:  You MUST KNOW your stuff when it comes to reading a credit report and offering detailed and insightful feedback to clients on what they need to improve and how to do it in order to apply and get approved for 0% business credit cards in a timely manner.

  • Communication Skills: You’re going to be talking with people a lot. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert). Provide timely responses to client inquiries. This means responding within 1 hour during typical working hours, and within 24 hours during off times.

  • Leadership: You must always lead clients to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people.  Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only enroll clients who’re a great fit.

  • Detailed Oriented: You will be tasked with staying up to date with your client’s game plans, applications and your own metrics. You will track and report on client results during weekly meetings - highlighting which clients need attention and which ones are doing amazingly well (so we can reach out and leverage these results for retention and referral opportunities).

  • High Standards: You’re tasked with helping clients live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to our own high standards.

  • Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time position that requires availability throughout the week, to attend team meetings and client calls.

Responsibilities👇

  • Customer Onboarding: Welcome clients, create custom game plans, provide guidance in building funding strategies and acquire funding. Have clients onboarded within 24-48 hours of being closed.

  • Customer Support: Once introduced as the primary point of contact, will be responsible for answering all client questions and addressing any concerns in an efficient, retention based manner. Usually this support is done via zoom calls, private app messaging, phone calls or SMS.

  • On Going Training: Stay up to date with new changes when it comes to qualifying for 0% business credit cards. Add updates video with best case practices to our online video section, Empower our clients with the knowledge needed to access constant funding for their businesses. Always be on the lookout for ways to improve our services and process. Also for ways, to reach more clients, and to maintain or upsell existing clients in ways that help them to achieve their goals even faster.

  • Client Retention Strategy: Work with business owners to continue refining and improving existing client satisfaction. This means bringing new ideas to the table at monthly meetings and having a plan to deploy new strategies and a way to track the results of those efforts.

  • Client Results: Performing weekly check-ins with teams for each client to make sure the work being done is meeting pre-established objectives and is getting the results we promised to the client. If it’s not, figure out a plan to correct this so when our monthly reports go over, everything is in alignment with what was promised.

  • Banking Relations: Manage & develop relationships with banking managers to support our clients in getting approved easier for funding

  • Client Testimonials: From 50% of our successful clients you should be able to get a video testimonial and/or screenshots of a successful approval, positive email etc.

  • Update Curriculum: Identify common bottlenecks that our clients have and update our curriculum with helping videos regarding issues.
